Since the new academic session 2026–27, for the classes I to IX, and the continued session for the classes X & XII (with revised timings), commences w.e.f. tomorrow, 07.04.26; Tuesday,
Kindly take note of some important points:
▪️The school shall be following the summer timings from tomorrow i.e.
▶️ 8:00 am to 2:20 pm
for (Classes III–X)
▶️ 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
for (Classes I, II & XII)
▪️Students must report to school in proper Summer School uniform at 7:50 a.m. However, newly admitted students, who are unable to procure the correct uniform size, may attend school in decent casuals until their uniform is arranged.
▪️*Hair & Grooming Guidelines* must be adhered to from the very first day of the school.
▶️ Boys are required to maintain a neat and uniform scissor cut from all sides.
▶️ Girls must keep their hair neatly tied, with fringes properly pinned.
Girls of Classes I to X must wear two plaits, and girls of Classes XI & XII must wear a single plait, using the prescribed colour satin ribbons.
Ponytails are not permitted.
▪️The process of shuffling of students has been carried out in classes VI to IX on the basis of their third language and skill subjects.
Also, due to excessive strength in some classes, sections have been increased and students have been divided accordingly.
Hence, your cooperation is solicited regarding this decision, and no requests for changes in the sections will be entertained.
▪️As per the school policy, transport for the newly availing transport students shall begin from the afternoon tomorrow (07.04.26), after meeting the transport incharge and completing all the prerequisites.

Strict Compliance Required Regarding Haircut and Grooming Norms

We hope your ward has comfortably settled into the academic session 2025–26.
▶️ This is to reiterate that strict adherence to the school’s Disciplinary Norms is mandatory for all students. In particular, we are noticing increasing non-compliance with the boys haircut and grooming guidelines.
▶️ HAIRCUT GUIDELINES
▪️ Hair must be neat and clean at all times.
▪️ No fashion colours or trendy hairstyles are permitted.
▪️ Boys must maintain a very short hair, an even, scissor cut.
▪️Machine cuts and fashionable styles are strictly prohibited.
▪️ Sikh boys are to wear a white patka or turban.
▪️ Girls must tie their hair in:
✔️ Two braids with red satin ribbons (for long hair)
✔️Red hairband (for short hair)
✔️Class XI & XII girls may wear a single braid with ribbon.
▶️ All the above mentioned norms are to be strictly followed, and non-compliance will result in immediate disciplinary action, including being sent home or a written warning.

As we step into the New Academic session 2025-26, for classes I to XII, commencing w.e.f. tomorrow, 03.04.25 (Thursday), kindly take note of some important points:
▪️ The school will be following the summer school timings from tomorrow, i.e.
▪️ For Classes III-X
8:00 am to 2:20 pm
▪️ For Classes I, II, XI & XII
8:00 am to 1:00 pm
▪️ REPORTING TIME FOR STUDENTS IS 7:50 a.m.
▪️ The first two days (Thursday & Friday) will serve as introductory sessions to let the students settle in, and from third day (Saturday) onwards, the regular teaching will be started.
▪️ The process of shuffling of students has been carried out in some of the classes based on their Third Language/Skill Subject choices. Additionally, due to high enrollment in some classes, new sections have been introduced, and students have been redistributed accordingly.
We seek your understanding and cooperation regarding this decision. No requests for section changes will be entertained.
▪️ As per school policy, school transport for new admissions and newly enrolled transport users will commence from tomorrow afternoon (Thursday, 03.04.25), post meeting with the transport in-charge and fulfilling all the necessary formalities.
Therefore, Parents are requested not to avail school bus service for their child in the morning tomorrow (Thursday, 02.04.25), before meeting the transport in-charges, Mrs. Prerna Sharma & Mr. Jagdeep, at the Buds n Blooms Kindergarten Wing for the further details.
Parents are requested to drop their ward themselves to the school in the morning.
▪️ School transport for the existing old students (already availing), will operate as usual from tomorrow morning (Thursday, 03.04.25).
▪️ Parents availing school transport must clear pending transport maintenance charges ASAP by 11.04.25 (Friday), if any.

Kindly take note of the important points regarding the new Academic Session 2025- 26, which is going to commence w.e.f March 17, 2025, for the classes X & XII.
➢ School Timings (till April 2, 2025): 8:30 AM to 12 noon
➢ The Book List is available on the School Website.
➢ The uniform pattern has to be followed strictly in accordance with the prescribed colour and pattern. The details are available on the School Website.
➢ Fee for the upcoming academic session 2025-26 can be deposited from the Annual Result Declaration Day onwards. Last date to deposit the fee without late fee fine is 11th April, 2025.
➢ Those who have already paid the transport fee for the month of March 2025, can avail the transport facility till 31st March, 2025.
➢ Last but not the least, parents who wish to avail/ continue school transport facility w.e.f April, 2025 onwards for their wards, shall fill the Transport Availing form and pay the Transport maintenance charges along with the First Quarter Fee, as per their location, (Necessary details are all available on the School Website). Also kindly note that the Transport facility can only be availed after the submission of the Transport Form as well as the Transport Maintenance Charges only.
