As previously communicated, students were expected to switch to Winter School Uniform post-Diwali i.e from tomorrow.
However, given the current weather conditions, it is not yet mandatory for students to fully switch to winter School Uniform.
Therefore, they may continue wearing either summer or winter uniforms till November 15, 2024 (Friday).
Thereafter, from Saturday, November 16, 2024, winter uniform will be mandatory.

Innovative Games
Theme: Invent a new indoor or outdoor game.
Task: Students can create a new sport, board game, or outdoor activity, including the rules and setup.
Criteria: Creativity, playability, and fun factor.
Recycled Art Competition
Theme: Turn trash into treasure.
Task: Use recycled materials (e.g., plastic bottles, cans, old newspapers) to create sculptures, wall art, or functional items.
Criteria: Creativity, use of recycled materials, and presentation.
Creative Paper Engineering
Theme: Build a functional model out of paper.
Task: Students can create paper bridges, airplanes, or simple machines using only paper and basic materials (e.g., tape, scissors).

DIY Science Lab

Reporting time for the Kindergarten students is- 11:00 am. Please send only a light fruit tiffin with your child tomorrow.
Transport students will reach their stops 2 hours later than their routine timing in the morning tomorrow.

We are excited to inform you about several upcoming events and competitions aimed at fostering creativity, knowledge, and social awareness among our students. We encourage our students to actively participate in these events:
1. Postcard Making
⏩ Competition for Classes: III to V
▪️Students will create unique and artistic postcards on their own, from home, making decorative on one side and may also write a letter on the alternate side, addressing it to any of their loved ones.
Students will bring their creations to the school on 07.10.24, Monday.
2. Aircraft Model Making ⏩ Competition for Classes VI to XII
▪️This competition will allow students to showcase their creativity skills by building aircraft models.
▪️Students will create their aircraft models from home, making it out of some waste stuff, cardboards, or any other material available and shall bring their creations to school on 07.10.24, Monday.
We kindly request the parents to support their ward in preparing for these competitions.
3. SVEEP (Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation)
⏩ Activity for Classes: VIII to XII
▪️Students will create awareness in their neighbourhood regarding the importance of voting and insist at least 5 of their neighbours to go and cast their votes. The students will also click their photographs while performing this activity and will share their pictures on 04.10.2024, Friday by 7:00 pm, in their class WhatsApp groups.
▪️This activity aims to promote community outreach by creating neighbourhood awareness about the importance of voting and electoral participation.

This is to apprise you about the introduction of the APAAR ID card, also known as the ‘One Nation One Student ID Card,’ launched by the Ministry of Education in line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
This initiative aims to create a unique, lifelong identification number for every student across India, ensuring that their academic records are easily accessible and transferable.
⏩ Key Highlights:
▪️ Academic Data Storage: The APAAR ID will store a student’s academic journey, including exam results, degrees, rewards, scholarships, and more, in a single digital repository.
▪️ Seamless Transfers: Students changing schools or colleges will no longer face paperwork hassles as their complete academic data will be stored digitally, making transfers across institutions smoother.
▪️ Lifelong Identification: The APAAR ID is a permanent number that will be linked to the student’s Aadhaar card for easy identification and verification.
▪️ Data Centralisation: This ID will centralise and track all student achievements, such as co-curricular activities, Olympiad rankings, health cards, and skill certifications.
▪️ Government Benefits: Through this ID, students can easily access scholarships and other government educational schemes.
⏩ REGISTRATION PROCESS:
▪️To generate the APAAR ID, students will need a valid Aadhaar card and will need to create an account on DigiLocker for KYC verification.
▪️We will begin the registration process after receiving the parental consent for which a hard copy of consent form has already been sent to you through your ward today (30.09.24), to be filled out by you.
▪️Kindly fill the consent form and send it back at the earliest by tomorrow i.e Tuesday, 01.10.24, for the timely initiation and implementation of this important task.
▪️The APAAR ID card is a significant step towards enhancing the academic experience and accessibility for students, ensuring every child’s journey in education is well-documented and secure.

Dear Parents,
Greetings!
Since Teacher’s Day is around the corner, please take note of the following points:
On Thursday, September 5th, 2024, the school timings will be as follows:
Classes III to X will have their school from 8:00 am to 10:00 am only , & Classes I, II, XI, and XII from 8:00 am to 11:15 am.
School transport will ply both in the morning (usual time) & afternoon (as per the dispersal time).
We greatly appreciate the affection and respect that students have for their teachers. While some students may express this admiration quietly, others may choose to show their respect in various ways.
In light of this, we kindly ask you not to encourage your children to bring gifts and cakes for cutting with the teachers, as this practice is discouraged.
Instead, students may express their appreciation with a simple gesture, such as a handmade card or a single flower. However, this too is entirely optional and not a requirement.
Students should bring their school chronicle, a few coloured sheets, and colours of their choice. They are also welcome to bring party snacks to share with their teachers in the classroom.

Since the new academic session 2024- 25, for the classes I to XII, commences w.e.f. tomorrow, 04.04.24 (Thursday),
Kindly take note of some important points:
▪️The school shall be following the summer school timings from tomorrow i.e.
For Classes III- X
8:00 am to 2:20 pm
For Classes I, II, XI & XII
8:00 am to 1:00 pm
▪️ REPORTING TIME FOR THE STUDENTS IS 7:50 a.m..
▪️Since the first day of the students shall be the general introductory day for their settling in with us, so they can carry a lighter School bag tomorrow, inclusive of just the basic utilities like a pen/pencil box, a rough notebook, a lunch box and a water bottle.
▪️The process of shuffling of students has been carried out in the classes VI, VII, VIII & IX on the basis of their Third language/Skill subject option.
Also due to excessive strength in some of the classes, sections have been increased and the students have further been divided accordingly.
Hence your cooperation is absolutely solicited as regards our decision on the shuffling of students, and no request applications, asking for the changes, will be entertained regarding this.
▪️As per the school policy, the School transport for the New Admission students & the Newly Transport Availing students shall ply w.e.f the afternoon tomorrow, i.e 04.04.24, after meeting the transport incharge and also fulfilling all the pre requisites.
The parents are therefore requested to drop their ward in the morning, tomorrow (04.04.24; Thursday), and they must also meet the transport incharges, Mrs. Prerna Sharma & Mr. Jagdeep, in the kindergarten wing of the school- Buds n Blooms, to get the necessary inputs regarding the transport.
▪️School transport for the old students shall ply as usual w.e.f the morning tomorrow (04.04.24).
▪️ Old Parents availing transport for their ward, must pay their transport maintenance charges by 11.04.24 (Thursday), if still pending.
▪️Those who have not filled the new transport maintenance forms, must fill it ASAP with the transport Incharge.

- New Admission students of Nursery Junior, Nursery, LKG and UKG will come to the school on Monday, 8th April & Tuesday, 9th April, 2024, for two hours, for general interaction with the teachers. Kindly note that the school transport shall not ply on 8th & 9th April, 2024. Hence the pick/drop of the students will be managed by the parents.
